LES NORDHAUSER has lent his creative and logistical talents to numerous television and film productions. He has a long and impressive list of credits as a writer, director and/or producer over more than two decades in the Hollywood film and television industry, spanning several genres including, features, reality, sitcoms, episodic, game shows and variety.
Nordhauser served two terms as Chairman of the Board of the American Association of Producers & also a term as Vice President of Motion Pictures of the Producers Guild of America, where he continues as a Lifetime Honorary Board Member.
Armed with a Master of Arts Degree in Education, and Diplomas in Commercial Still Photography, Film, and Television, Les has shared some of his experience as an educator. In 2002 he taught film production management at the University of Colorado, Denver. In 2002 & 2003 he was awarded the position of Academic Department Chair for both the Video Production & Digital Media Production departments at the Art Institute of Colorado.
Les moved to Asia in 2003 as Vice President of Production with Sony Entertainment Television – India. In 2006 he was a Production Executive and Consultant on the first season of The Amazing Race Asia, and then moved to the The Philippines in 2007 to produce a Feature Film.
He is currently based in Bangkok, Thailand where he is the Managing Director of Greenlight Films, a Production and Production Services company that started in 2007.
Les continues to Lecture, as well as to Produce and Consult on Television and Film projects globally.
